The March of Creative Progress.
Murals have been part of Websmith Studio since its earliest days, transforming blank walls into shared spaces for imagination, storytelling, and creative collaboration. Today, that visual language continues beyond the walls of a single physical studio.

Our Latest Mural
Our newest mural plays on the classic March of Progress illustration, tracing the evolution of human creation, tool-making, and artistry.
The mural reads from left to right as a movement through different eras of human making. The environments change, the tools change, and even the nature of the maker changes, but the act of creating continues.
A Look Back at Past Murals
Websmith Studio began as an incubator for ideas and became an independent company in 2015. Murals transformed our studio’s blank walls into shared spaces for imagination, storytelling, and creative collaboration.
As Websmith Studio has expanded beyond a single physical space, art and storytelling remains part of how we explore and communicate ideas. Our newest mural carries that visual language forward.

Evolution of the mural
The mural reads from left to right as a movement through different eras. The environments change, the tools change, and even the nature of the “maker” changes, but the act of creating continues. Ultimately, the mural is about our capacity to turn ideas into reality using the knowledge, tools, and resources available to us. It reclaims innovation as a human right, celebrating the belief that creativity is a fundamental human quality.
The Making of Our Murals

The March of Creative Progress
The familiar story of progress often suggests that increasingly sophisticated technology is the endpoint. Here, the machine is simply another tool, another moment along the way. AI, robotics, and advanced technologies belong to the creative lineage, but they do not become its culmination. The mural isn’t anti-technology. It simply refuses to make technology the main character. Human imagination remains the destination.
Meet the Artists
